Where'd you get this from? That's an updated version of his "Black People Versus Niggers" bit from Bring The Pain (which he did in 1996).
I'd be really surprised if he recycled material like that since he seems to pride himself on original material.

Actually, it makes a lot more sense that people who say "I support our troops" and "I'm proud to be an American" are the insecure ones, doesn't it?
