Virginia was the last state in America to legalize personalized license plates, but at least they were only ten bucks, so lots of people got them, and some of them are very creative...

These cannot be real. Doesn't anyone check these listings before they all the plates to happen?
I ordered an "objectionable" plate in VA. They sent me the plate. A month later they sent me a letter saying I can't have it.
Typical bureaucracy. I had already disposed of the plates they wanted me to use.
